The present application relates to a guyed tower, a wind power generator set and a connecting device. The guyed tower includes a tower body, including a plurality of tower sections arranged to be stacked with one another, in which end flanges are arranged at two ends of each of the tower tube sections in an axial direction respectively, a connecting assembly, arranged between two adjacent tower tube sections, in which the connecting assembly includes two or more connecting devices distributed in sequence in a circumferential direction of the tower tube sections, each of the connecting devices includes a fixing portion and a mounting portion that are successively distributed and intersected with each other in a radial direction of the tower tube sections, two adjacent end flanges together clamp and hold at least part of the fixing portion and are detachably connected to the fixing portion, and the mounting portion has a mounting position, a guyed assembly, including two or more guys distributed to be spaced from one another in the circumferential direction, one end of each of the guys is connected to one of the connecting devices through the mounting position, and the other end is used to connect a base. The present application can meet the requirement of the connection between the guys and the tower by arranging the connecting assembly, at the same time, the connecting assembly is easy to be connected and convenient to be replaced and maintained, so that it is beneficial to the comprehensive promotion of the guyed tower.
