Autonomous communicating system (1) for delivering water, comprising: - a hydraulic assembly (2) comprising a drinking fountain (21), the hydraulic assembly (2) comprising a water meter (24) for measuring water usage data; - a device (4) producing electrical energy by recovering the kinetic energy of a movement of at least one moving part (41) of a device (4), the movement of at least one moving part (41) being generated by an action of at least one user; - a system for managing the electrical energy (6), comprising an electrical energy accumulator (61) for storing the electrical energy produced by the movement of the moving part (41) and an electrical circuit for powering at least one electronic device (5); - an electronic device (5) comprising a first interface (INT 1) for receiving usages of the water meter (24) and a second communication interface (INT 2) for transmitting messages (M 1) sent within a data network (NET) to a remote entity.
