The present invention provides a solid electrolyte ceramic material having higher ion conductivity and more sufficiently inhibiting Li dendrite growth. The present invention relates to a solid electrolyte ceramic material formed by sintering solid electrolyte particles, the solid electrolyte ceramic material including, at least, lithium (Li), lanthanum (La), bismuth (Bi), and oxygen (O), wherein Bi has a higher concentration in a vicinity of grain boundaries than in a grain interior.
