MECHANISM FOR INTEGRAL BLINDS OPERATED AND GUIDED BY LINEARY MOVED MAGNETS, THE SYSTEM BEING SUPPORTED BY A BALANCE WEIGHT
This invention (Drawing 1) takes advantage of the gap between the 2 glass panes in a double glazed window frame, where a blind is fitted (Drawing 1, L).The mechanism consists of 2 same sets of double magnets. The first set placed inside the gap (Drawing 1, A) and the second set placed outside (Drawing 1, B) fitted on the perimeter of the frame, i.e. "the controller". The adhesive capacity of the magnets allows "the controller" to wave the blind up and down but not only that, with a slight move up or down of "the controller B" - on the left side of the frame - opens and closes the shutters of the blind.This mechanism is supported by a "balance weight" in order to ensure a better and easier operation of the blind especially for bigger ones, and as a result avoiding and minimizing blind jamming.
