CRUMB-RUBBER-MODIFIED ASPHALT MIXTURE
The invention belongs to the field of construction industry, more specifically, this is an asphalt mixture composition applicable and efficient for traffic areas (roads, streets, parking lots), complying with specific requirements for resistance to permanent deformation, resistance to fatigue and low-temperature-cracking. The invented solution is a crumb-rubber-modified asphalt mixture composition, which includes a mixture of aggregates from fractionated crushed stone and filler, adhesive agent, cellulose fiber, modified crumb rubber and bitumen, where the mixture components have the following ratios by weight %:• 5-8 mm granite crushed stone fraction - 55.0-59.0;• 2-5 mm granite crushed stone fraction - 15.0-19.0;• 0-2 mm sieved granite chippings fraction - 15.0-19.0,• filler - 5.0-8.0,• 0-0.6 mm modified crumb rubber - 0.75-1.25,• adhesive agent - 0.01-0.03,• cellulose fiber - 0.30-0.5,• bitumen 50/70 - 6.5-7.2.where the crumb rubber is modified using filler and cross-linking agent and is incorporated into the asphalt aggregates mixture before mixing it with bitumen.
