A water purifier including a water discharge unit that has a water discharge mechanism is provided. The water purifier comprises: a water purifier body for providing purified water; and a water discharge unit connected to the water purifier body, wherein the water discharge unit includes: a body of which one side is coupled to a sink; a water outlet disposed on the other side of the body; a pipe connected to the water outlet; a water discharge valve which is disposed inside the body and which regulates water flowing in the pipe; a touch panel which is provided to receive a touch input for controlling the water purifier body, and which is disposed on the other side of the body; and a water discharge mechanism which is provided to control the water discharge valve, and which is disposed in the body so as to be spaced from the water outlet and the touch panel.
