MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR ATOMISING CORE, ATOMISING CORE, AND ELECTRONIC ATOMISING APPARATUS THEREOF
A manufacturing method for an atomising core (100), an atomising core (100), and an electronic atomising apparatus (1) thereof, the manufacturing method for an atomising core (100) comprising: preparing a porous sheet layer green blank (1011), and manufacturing a heating circuit (20) on the porous sheet layer green blank (1011) (Sil); winding the porous sheet layer green blank (1011) on a mould (50) to form a prefabricated inner layer tube (101), the heating circuit (20) being arranged on an inner surface of the prefabricated inner layer tube (101) (S12); forming a prefabricated outer layer tube (102) on the outer surface of the prefabricated inner layer tube (101); removing the mould (50), and sintering as a whole the prefabricated outer layer tube (102), the prefabricated inner layer tube (101), and the heating circuit (20) (S13). The present method for an atomising core (100), by means of forming a heating circuit (20) on a porous sheet layer green blank (1011) and winding same to form a prefabricated inner layer tube (101), forming a prefabricated outer layer tube (102) on the outer periphery of the prefabricated inner layer tube (101), and sintering as a whole the prefabricated inner layer tube (101) provided with the heating circuit (20) and the prefabricated outer layer tube (102) formed on the outer side, reduces the machining difficulty of forming a heating circuit (20) on the inner surface of the prefabricated inner layer tube (101), simplifies the machining processes of the atomising core (100), and saves manufacturing costs.
