LIFT-SLIDE DOOR WITH DETACHABLE FIXED WING PART
A lift-slide door 1 has a frame 3 with inside it a fixed wing part 13 and a sliding wing part 17. The frame 3 is composed of a sill 5, a head jamb 7 and two side jambs 9. The sill 5 has a front part 5a that slopes down to the front and a rear part 5b. Between the fixed wing part 13 and the front part 5a of the sill there is a wedge-shaped wing insert 23 and a center insert 27, which are attached to the underside of the fixed wing part 13 to simplify mounting and dismounting of the fixed wing part 17. Between the side jambs 9 and the front part 5a of the sill 5 there are wedge-shaped side inserts 25, which are attached to the sill 5. There are channels in the grooves 25 and 27 and the gaskets 29 have holes for draining rainwater seeping in the side jambs.
