The invention relates to a padlock, in particular for two-wheeled vehicles, comprising a lock body and a flexible shackle, wherein a first end of the shackle is permanently fastened to the lock body and a free second end of the shackle can be inserted into the lock body or released from the lock body selectively. The lock body receives a replaceable door cylinder, which has a cylinder housing, a cylinder core and a closing latch, wherein the cylinder core is connected to the closing latch for conjoint rotation and, by means of an associated key, can be rotated about an axis of rotation between a releasing rotary position and a locking rotary position. Furthermore, a bar element which can be driven by a rotation of the closing latch is arranged within the lock body.
