A portable disinfectant washbasin is disclosed comprising a containing element (13) comprising: a can-holder compartment (3) operatively connected to a portable ozonator device (5) and to a lifting pump (7) designed to send the ozonated water to a tap (9) operated by a pedal (11); a water collection tray (17) operatively connected to a waste/collection bin (15); a soap holder (19) for dispensing liquid ozonated soap; a hook (21) for hanging an extension tube (23) designed to operatively connect to a tap to allow filling of the can-holder compartment (3); and a platform (25) with safety straps operatively connected to the containing element (13) designed to fix a cylinder of pure O2 (27), operatively connected to the portable ozonator device (5).
