VORRICHTUNG UND VERFAHREN ZUR PYROLYSE VON BRENNSTOFF
The invention relates to a device (1) for the pyrolysis of fuel (B, B2, B4) for the heating of a burner (200), comprising a pyrolysis reactor (2), a gasification reactor (4), an air separator (3) located between the pyrolysis reactor (2) and the gasification reactor (4), and a solids separator (5) located downstream of the pyrolysis reactor (2). The pyrolysis reactor (2) has a pyrolysis interior space (21) with a first fuel feed device (20) into the pyrolysis interior space (21) and the gasification reactor (4) has a gasification interior space (41) with a second fuel feed device (40) and with at least one air feed device (45) into the gasification interior space (41). As seen in a height direction (H), the gasification reactor (4) is located below the pyrolysis reactor (2), and the pyrolysis interior space (21) of the pyrolysis reactor (2) is communicatively connected to the gasification interior space (41) of the gasification reactor (4) located under it by means of the air separator (3) located between the pyrolysis reactor (2) and the gasification reactor (4). An outlet (28) of the pyrolysis reactor (2) is provided for pyrolysis gas (29) coming from the pyrolysis interior space (21), the outlet (28) being fluidically connected (52) to the downstream solids separator (5). When the device (1) is in operation, the solids separator (5) is designed to purify the pyrolysis gas (29) and thus to produce a purified product gas (P) which can be fed to the burner (200).
