The invention relates to an arrangement of at least one prefabricated module (1) for building a thermally insulated wall and/or thermally insulated ceiling, a module (1), a method and a building, wherein the module (1) comprises at least one thermal insulation means (2) and at least one stiffening means (3), wherein the stiffening means (3) has at least one lateral surface (4), one bottom surface (5) and one top surface (6), wherein the stiffening means (3) extends through the thermal insulation means (2) so that the stiffening means (3) is surrounded at least partially by the thermal insulation means (2), wherein the arrangement comprises a holding means (7), wherein the stiffening means (3), in particular in its end portion (8), is connected to the holding device (7) via a connecting means (9), and wherein the holding means (7) extends at least partially across at least one, in particular two opposite, lateral surface/s (4) of the stiffening means (3). The holding means may be a mounting rail.
