SECURED HIGH POWER CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY AND PROCESS OF ASSEMBLY
An electrical connector assembly (1) comprising a connector (2) and a counter-connector (3) and a dedicated tool (20) for disassembling the connector (2) and the counter-connector (3). The connector (2) comprises primary and secondary (4) locking means, at least one of which being at least partially covered by a protecting wall (16) configured so as to have an insertion opening (22) wherein a key portion (21) of said dedicated tool (20) can be inserted. The insertion opening (22) has a shape which is complementary and/or adjusted to the key portion (21). Process for unmating the connector (2) and the counter-connector (3).
