Decorative panel comprising at least a substrate (2) and a decorative top layer (3), wherein said substrate (2) is or comprises an extruded board material comprising one or more layers of thermoplastic material and wherein said decorative top layer (3) at least comprises a decorative print (33), characterized in that an outermost layer (31) of said extruded board material is foamed and/or filled with hollow filler materials, and in that an intermediate layer (29) is present intermediate the surface (30) of said outermost layer (31) and said decorative print (33). The invention further is a method ideally suited for manufacturing such decorative panel (1).
