Der Straßenfertiger (1) umfasset einen Gutbunker (7) zur Aufnahme von Einbaugut, eine Einbaubohle (11) zum Verdichten von Einbaugut, einen Hauptbedienstand (13), eine Planum-Beleuchtung (57) und eine Steuerung (45). Der Hauptbedienstand (13) umfasst eine Bedienplattform (55) und eine Sitzeinheit (51) mit einem Sitz (19) für eine Bedienperson. Die Sitzeinheit (51) ist zwischen einer ersten Position, in welcher der Sitz (19) zumindest im Wesentlichen innerhalb einer Breite der Bedienplattform (55) vorliegt, und einer zweiten Position bewegbar, in welcher der Sitz (19) seitlich über die Bedienplattform (55) hinausragt. Die Planum-Beleuchtung (57) ist dazu konfiguriert, das Planum zu beleuchten. Die Steuerung (45) ist dazu konfiguriert, die Planum-Beleuchtung (57) automatisch zu aktivieren, wenn die Sitzeinheit (51) in die zweite Position bewegt wird.
The road finisher comprises a material hopper for receiving paving material, a screed for compacting paving material, and a main control stand which provides an operating location for an operator on the road finisher. The main control stand comprises a floor area. The road finisher comprises a lighting unit. The lighting unit is no more than 140 cm higher with respect to a vertical direction than the floor area of the main control stand. The lighting unit is arranged such that at least 60 percent of the light output emitted by the lighting unit during operation falls onto the floor area of the main control stand.
