GUIDEWAY, IN PARTICULAR GUIDEWAY FOR GUIDING A SLIDING DOOR MEMBER
Disclosed is a guideway (4) configured for receiving and guiding a carriage (35). The guideway comprises a guideway body (41) having a first longitudinal end and a second longitudinal end. The guideway body (41) comprises a longitudinally extending clear channel (413) which is bordered by a wall of the guideway body (41). The longitudinally extending clear channel (413) opens at the first longitudinal end of the guideway body (41). The guideway (4) further comprises a stop member (42) terminating the guideway at the first longitudinal end of the guideway body (41). The stop member comprises a crossbar (422) and two legs (423, 424) extending from the crossbar. The crossbar (422) extends transverse to a longitudinal direction of the clear channel (413) and the legs (423, 424) extend transverse to the longitudinal direction of the clear channel and transverse to the crossbar. The legs have a clearance between the two legs, whereby the stop member (42) forms a frame enclosing a window, wherein further the stop member has an opening on an edge of the window transversely opposite the crossbar (422), thus defining an open side of the stop member. The stop member (42) is displaceable on the guideway body (41) perpendicular to the crossbar (422) and transversely relative to the guideway body (41), between at least two transverse positions. In at least one of the at least two transverse positions, the crossbar at least partially overlaps with the clear channel of the guideway body, and in at least a second of the at least two transverse positions the window of the stop member at least partially overlaps with the clear channel of the guideway body.
