The invention relates to a layered construction element, comprising a core which comprises a form-retaining insulating material, wherein plates of a construction material which protrude outside the edge of the core on at least one end are arranged on either side of the core, and wherein on an opposite end the core protrudes outside an edge of each of the plates on both sides thereof.The invention further relates to a building part comprising a number of such construction elements, which are connected to each other.The invention also relates to a building comprising a number of such mutually connected construction elements. In addition thereto or instead thereof, the building can comprise a number of mutually connected building parts.Finally, the invention also relates to a method for constructing such a layered construction element, a method for constructing such a building part and a method for constructing such a building.
