Un conjunto de pantalla para una abertura de ventana o de puerta, de tal manera que el conjunto comprende: un material de pantalla flexible (10), que tiene dos bordes laterales opuestos así como un borde superior y un borde inferior; un primer miembro de borde al menos sustancialmente rígido (25), al que se fija uno de los dos bordes opuestos del material de pantalla (10); un segundo miembro de borde al menos sustancialmente rígido (26), al que se fija el otro de los dos bordes opuestos del material de pantalla (10), de tal manera que el material de pantalla (10) es susceptible de ser enrollado sobre el segundo miembro de borde (26) y desenrollado de este; y un dispositivo tensor (14) para tensar el material de pantalla (10); caracterizado por que: el borde superior se ha cortado con una curvatura convexa y el borde inferior se ha cortado con una curvatura cóncava, de tal manera que, cuando el material de pantalla (10) está bajo tensión, el borde superior y el borde inferior son sustancialmente rectos.
A screen assembly for a window or door opening, the assembly comprising: a flexible screen material having two opposed side edges and an upper edge and a lower edge; a first at least substantially rigid edge member to which one of the two opposed edges of the screen material is attached; a second at least substantially rigid edge member to which the other of the two side edges of the screen material is attached, the screen material able to be wound onto and off the second edge member; and a tensioner to tension the screen material. The upper edge and the lower edge are formed such that when the screen material is under tension, the upper edge and the lower edge are substantially straight.
