Aglutinante hidráulico monofásico que contiene átomos de silicio, calcio, oxígeno e hidrógeno en una disposición tal que comprende unidades de silicato con un grado de reticulación medio superior a Q1,5 y grupos de silanol, de manera que ninguno o una parte de los átomos de calcio es sustituida seis veces o más por un átomo M(6)x+ coordinado con el oxígeno, que se elige entre los átomos de Na, K, Li, Mg, Sr, Ba, Mn, Fe(+II) o bien Al(+III), y/o ninguno o bien una parte de los átomos de silicio es sustituida por un átomo M(4)y+ coordinado en forma de tetraedro con el oxígeno, que se elige entre los átomos de Al, Ge, B, P, Fe, Be o Ti, teniendo el cociente molar de [CaO + (x/2) . (M(6)x+Ox/2)]:[SiO2+M(4)y+Oy/2] un valor de 0,2 a 2,0 y conteniendo el aglutinante entre un 3,5% y un 20% en peso de H2O.
The invention relates to a monophase hydraulic binder containing silicon, calcium, oxygen and hydrogen atoms in an arrangement comprising silicate building units having an average connectedness of higher than Q1.5 and silanol groups, with none or a part of the calcium atoms being substituted for by a metal atom M[6]x+ sixfold or higher-coordinated with oxygen and/or none or a part of the silicon atoms being substituted for by a metal atom M[4]y+ tetrahedrally coordinated with oxygen, the molar ratio of [CaO+(x/2)·(M[6]x+Ox/2)]: [SiO2+M[4]y+Oy/2] having a value of 0.2 to 2.0, and the binder having an H2O content of 3.5% by weight to 20% by weight, as well as a mixture containing this binder. Furthermore, the invention relates to methods for manufacturing the binder or a mixture containing this binder by reaction grinding a starting material of silicate building units having a connectedness of Q0 to Q2, and optionally further materials, with a solid silicate raw material having a ceonnectedness of the silicate building units of Q3 to Q4 and optionally drying the monophase hydraulic binder to an H2O content of 3.5% by weight to 20% by weight. Finally, the invention relates to a building material made by setting the binder or a mixture containing this binder with water and subsequent hardening.
