Método para obtener un panel prefabricado para decoración de interiores y exteriores
Sobre una superficie del material que se pretende reproducir a través del panel decorativo, como por ejemplo una superficie de ladrillos, piedra natural, etc, se realiza un molde de silicona, resina o metal. A dicho molde se aplica un desmoldeador y seguidamente una capa de pigmentación a base de óxidos de hierro o cualquier otro tipo de pigmentos adecuados al material a reproducir. A continuación se introduce en el molde una mezcla de polímero acrílico y sulfato calcico, extendiéndola uniformemente hasta conseguirun | espesor comprendido entre 2 y 10 mm. Finalmente el molde serellena con poliuretano expandido para compactar el panel. Se consigue de ésta manera un panel dej grandes dimensiones, con el mismo aspecto que el material que se pretende reproducir, ignifugoy con un alto coeficiente de aislamiento tanto térmico como acústico.
A silicone, resin or metal mould is produced on a surface of the material which the decorative panel is intended to reproduce, for example a surface of bricks, natural stone etc. A mould release agent and then a pigmentation layer based on iron oxides or any other type of pigments suitable for the material to be reproduced are applied to said mould. A mixture of acrylic polymer and calcium sulphate is then introduced into the mould and is spread uniformly until a thickness of between 2 and 10 mm is achieved. Finally, the mould is filled with expanded polyurethane in order to compact the panel. This produces a large panel which has the same appearance as the material intended to be reproduced, is fireproof and has a high coefficient of both thermal and acoustic insulation.
