Un material refractario monolítico aislante, en el que el material refractario monolítico aislante comprende un aglutinante y una materia prima refractaria; la gravedad específica a granel del material refractario monolítico aislante está en un intervalo de 0,8 a 1,8, ambos inclusive, cuando una mezcla amasada del material refractario monolítico aislante se cura con agua a temperatura normal durante 24 horas y a continuación se seca a 110 °C durante 24 horas; el aglutinante comprende un cemento de aluminato de calcio que incluye CaO y Al2O3 como componentes químicos y un cemento de aluminato de estroncio que incluye SrO y Al2O3 como componentes químicos; y sobre la base del 100 % en masa como masa total del aglutinante y de la materia prima refractaria, el contenido de cemento de aluminato de estroncio está en un intervalo del 2 al 10 % en masa, ambos inclusive, y el contenido de CaO derivado del cemento de aluminato de calcio está en un intervalo del 1 al 12 % en masa, ambos inclusive.
Provided by the present invention is an insulating monolithic refractory material having sufficient curing strength and usable time ensured and exhibiting excellent stability at high temperature. The insulating monolithic refractory material of the present invention comprises a binder and a refractory raw material; a bulk specific gravity thereof is 0.8 to 1.8 when a kneaded mixture of the insulating monolithic refractory material with water is cured at normal temperature for 24 hours and then dried at 110°C for 24 hours; the binder comprises a calcium aluminate cement including CaO and Al 2 O 3 as chemical components and a strontium aluminate cement including SrO and Al 2 O 3 as chemical components; and on the basis of 100% by mass as a total mass of the binder and the refractory raw material, a content of the strontium aluminate cement is 2 to 10% by mass, and a content of CaO derived from the calcium aluminate cement is 1 to 12% by mass.
