INSTALACION CON APANTALLAMIENTO ELECTROMAGNETICO PARA LA PROTECCION DE CAMPOS Y RADIACIONES ELECTROMAGNETICAS EN LOS RECINTOS DE LAS BODEGAS DESTINADOS A LA CRIANZA DE VINOS
The present invention discloses the manner in which to protect oxidative and reductive wine ageing, by means of an electromagnetic shielding installation in winery premises intended for wine ageing, in order to protect the wine from any kind of electromagnetic field and radiation, such that the normal ageing process is not affected. The installation comprises vertical walls (1) made of basalt-type rock; a cover or ceiling built with a thermal and acoustic insulation support (2); a layer made of a concrete mixture (3); a deck or floor (4) built with a concrete, pozzolan and iron oxide mixture; an electromagnetic shield made of metal mesh (5); interior walls with copper or mumetal plates (6) for frequencies ranging from 300 Hz to 10 MHz; an aluminium shield (7) for protection against high frequencies greater than 10 MHz to 300 GHz; a grounding ring made of copper or by means of a copper or galvanised iron plate larger than 0.5 m2, vertically positioned (8); an electromagnetic shield from 1 Hz to 300 GHz (9); and a chimney (10) arranged in the ceiling/cover (2).
