In a first aspect, the present invention relates to a bracket (1) for supporting profiles (2) for systems for recovering boards (3) constituting the formwork surface of horizontal formwork, the bracket (1) being characterised in that it comprises an arm (11) intended to be substantially horizontal, defined by a proximal end (11a) intended to be adjacent to a prop (4) and by a distal end (11b) intended to be at a distance from the prop (4), of a length greater than 10 cm and less than 90 cm, and retaining means configured to retain the arm (11) on the prop (4) at a desired height. In a second aspect, the invention relates to a system for recovering boards constituting the formwork surface of a horizontal formwork, the system comprising at least two pairs of said brackets and two profiles of a length equal to or greater than the distance between props (4) in the axial direction of the beams (5) of the formwork, the profiles being suitable for being supported on the brackets.
