The device has horizontal bars (3-5) of a lattice extending transversely to vertical bars (2). A blade (6) presents a part to form a retaining stop (7) of the blade relative to the horizontal bars such that displacement of the blade towards bottom is limited by the part forming the retaining stop, which is abutted relative to the horizontal bars. The part forming the retaining stop is formed of a single piece with the blade. An independent claim is also included for a break-sight blade for a break-sight device.
