L'invention concerne un revêtement de décoration destiné à recouvrir une surface de type céramique ou faïence, ledit revêtement comportant au moins une couche de décoration caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins : - une couche de primaire d'adhérence sur ladite surface ; - une couche de béton auto-nivelant à base de composé minéral et de résine minérale déshydratée ; - la couche de décoration. Avantageusement, la couche de décoration comprend une couche comprenant de la chaux éteinte et des agrégats de composé minéral pouvant être de type marbre ou granite. L'invention a aussi pour objet un procédé de réalisation dudit revêtement utilisant notamment un rouleau calandreur pour calibrer l'épaisseur de la couche de béton auto-nivelant.
The process comprises depositing an adhesion primer layer, a self-leveling concrete layer, a decorative layer, a protective resin layer and a layer comprising slaked lime and aggregates of marble or granite type compound on a surface made of ceramic or faience type mineral compound, making patterns in the concrete layer using a mold, applying a release agent made of sand on the concrete layer, hardening of the concrete layer, and depositing an intermediate layer that is washcoat on the surface of the layer comprising slaked lime and marble to set the mineral material. The layer comprising slaked lime and marble comprises powder of earth or natural oxides for coloring. The decorative layer is a paint layer such as patina comprising a resin and slaked lime to obtain old color effects.
