La présente invention a pour objet une maison bioclimatique. Bâtiment avec au moins une partie ou un pan de toiture sensiblement transparent(e), ledit bâtiment comportant, d'une part, des moyens structurellement intégrés de stockage thermique et, d'autre part, des moyens extérieurs de protection et/ou d'occultation de la partie ou du pan de toiture transparent(e). Bâtiment (1) caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, en outre, un ou des moyen(s) intérieur et/ou extérieur d'isolation thermique de ladite partie ou dudit pan de toiture transparent(e), qui est(sont) escamotable(s) et en ce qu'au moins certaines des, préférentiellement toutes les parois latérales (7, 7'), ainsi que la structure de plancher de sol (8), de la construction intègrent des composantes d'isolation thermique et de stockage thermique, avantageusement en des matériaux naturels préférentiellement non traités, la composante de stockage thermique étant constituée d'une pluralité de formations massiques (10"), espacées et exposées à une circulation d'air, par convection naturelle ou au moins partiellement forcée, depuis et vers le volume intérieur délimité par la construction (1').
The present invention relates to a bioclimatic house, which consists of a building with at least one substantially transparent roof portion or panel, said building comprising structurally integrated heat storage means and exterior means for protecting and/or concealing the transparent roof portion or panel. The building (1) is characterized in that it further comprises one or more interior and/or exterior means for heat-insulating said transparent roof portion or panel, which is (are) retractable, and in that at least some, and preferably all of the side walls (7, 7') as well as the ground floor structure (8) of the building incorporate heat-insulating and heat storage components, which are advantageously made of preferably untreated natural materials, the heat storage component consisting of a plurality of mass formations (10") that are spaced apart and exposed to a natural convection or at least partially forced air flow, from and towards the interior space defined by the building (1').
