The invention aims to provide a bituminous composition comprising a binder fluxed by at least one vegetable or animal oil and a siccative, which is improved with increased siccativation speed in ambient air. For this purpose, the composition is characterised in that: the bitumen concentration is at least - as wt % relative to the total weight of the composition and in rising order of preference - 50, 60, 70, 80 or 90; and in that it comprises a siccativation accelerator including at least one strong base. The invention also relates to the method for preparing same, to the use thereof as a binder in a road surface coating (ESU), to the method and a kit for manufacturing said ESU, as well as to the use of at least one strong base as a siccativation accelerator in a bituminous composition.
