L'invention porte principalement sur une pièce métallique d'assemblage d'unité de structure de construction modulaire, qui est essentiellement caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte trois flancs (11da, 11db, 11dc) de fixation de trois panneaux (15,16) sur la dite pièce métallique (11d), muni chacun d'au moins un perçage (11da', 11db', 11dc') qui définit un axe de fixation (X,Y,Z) par serrage du flanc considéré (11da, 11db, 11dc) contre l'un des trois panneaux (15,16), ce dont il résulte que les trois panneaux (15,16) fixés sur la pièce métallique (11d) définissent un sommet et trois arêtes adjacentes d'un polyèdre. L'invention porte en outre sur une unité de structure de construction modulaire incluant la dite pièce métallique, trois panneaux assemblés perpendiculairement entre eux et une second pièce métallique, les perçages de la première et de la second pièce métallique de part et d'autre d'un panneau étant en opposition de taraudage permettant d'assurer la fixation par serrage contrôlé du panneau. L'invention porte enfin sur une structure de construction modulaire faite d'une succession de caissons dont les sommets sont constitués par l'unité de structure précédemment définie.

The invention also relates to a modular structural unit for construction that includes said metal joining part, three joined-together panels and a second metal part, the bores in the first and second metal parts on either side of a panel having opposite threads so as to allow fastening by controlled clamping of the panel. Finally, the invention relates to a modular construction structure that is made of a series of boxes, the tops of which consist of the structural unit defined above.
