The invention consists of a retractable external opening control (106) for a door of a motor vehicle body (104), said control comprising: a support (108) intended to be mounted on the door and forming a cavity (116); a handle (110) extending in a main direction (L), with a first end (124) mounted pivoting on the support in such a way as to be able to be housed in the cavity; a control device (112) on the support, configured to produce a force on the handle with a view to making it exit the cavity; the control device is configured such that the force making the handle exit is directed towards the exit (117) of the cavity. The invention also consists of a motor vehicle comprising such a retractable external opening control.
