L'invention a pour objet un élément de construction végétalisé, comprenant un élément en béton poreux et sur au moins l'une des surfaces dudit béton poreux, directement en contact avec ladite surface, un enduit favorable au développement de végétaux comprenant un végétal ou une semence dudit végétal, le béton poreux a à l'état durci, avant application de l'enduit, ayant une porosité de 10% à 40%. L'invention a également pour objet un procédé de préparation d'un tel élément de construction végétalisé.
