The invention relates to a bitumen emulsion comprising at least one bitumen, at least one emulsifier, phosphoric acid or one of the derivatives thereof, at least one aqueous phase, and at least one particular additive. The invention further relates to a method for producing the emulsion, as well as to the use of the emulsion in order to improve the ravelling resistance of a cold mix.
