Procédé de fermeture d'un volet (2) motorisé d'un véhicule (1) mise en œuvre par une unité de commande, le volet (2) se déplaçant entre une position ouverte et une position fermée, ledit véhicule (1) comportant un panneau ouvrable (5) motorisé, tel qu'une vitre ou un toit ouvrant, et commandé par l'unité de commande, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une étape de fermeture du volet (2) motorisé déplaçant le volet (2) motorisé depuis sa position ouverte jusqu'à sa position fermée, une étape d'ouverture du panneau ouvrable (5) motorisé de manière à ce ledit panneau ouvrable (5) motorisé soit dans une position ouverte au moment où le volet motorisé atteint sa position fermée.
