L'objet principal de l'invention est un dispositif de fabrication de pièces en céramique (PC) obtenues à partir de poudres (P), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte : un dispositif d'alimentation et d'introduction des poudres (P); un dispositif de mélange et de broyage cryogénique (1) des poudres (P) ; optionnellement, un dispositif de vidange et de coulée (2) pour l'introduction et le remplissage de la suspension dans un ou des moules de mise en forme ; un dispositif de mise en forme par pressage uniaxial (3) du mélange après volatilisation du gaz liquéfié ; optionnellement, un dispositif de mise en forme (4) de la suspension comprenant des moules poreux permettant l'évacuation du gaz liquéfié (GL) au travers des pores et un dispositif de mise sous dépression (5) et/ou d'échauffement des faces extérieures des moules pour favoriser le retrait du liquide constitutif de la suspension ; un dispositif de frittage (6).
The main subject matter of the invention is a device for manufacturing ceramic parts (PC) obtained from powders (P), characterised in that it comprises: a device for supplying and introducing the powders (P); a device (1) for mixing and cryogenically grinding the powders (P); optionally, an emptying and pouring device (2) for introducing the suspension into one or more shaping moulds and filling same; a device (3) for shaping the mixture by uniaxial pressing after volatilisation of the liquefied gas; optionally, a device (4) for shaping the suspension comprising porous moulds allowing the liquified gas (GL) to be discharged through the pores and a device (5) for placing the outer faces of the moulds under vacuum and/or heating same in order to promote the removal of the liquid constituting the suspension; a sintering device (6).
