Dispositif (6) de fermeture et ouverture pour porte (4) de véhicule automobile (2), comprenant au moins une serrure électrique (8) avec un pêne mobile, exclusivement par commande électrique, entre une position d'engagement et une position de désengagement avec une gâche ; un dispositif de contrôle (14) de la ou des serrures électriques (8), des moyens de communication sans fil avec une unité portable d'identification. Le dispositif (14) commande électriquement, à partir de la au moins d'une alimentation électrique de secours (22), un déplacement du pêne dans la position de désengagement en cas de défaillance d'une l'alimentation électrique principale (18) et simultanément de réception par les moyens de communication sans fil d'un signal d'ouverture d'urgence (24). L'invention a également trait à une télécommande et à un procédé d'ouverture d'urgence d'un véhicule accidenté.
Disclosed is a device (6) for closing and opening a door (4) of a motor vehicle (2), comprising at least one electric lock (8) that includes a bolt which can be moved exclusively in an electrically controlled manner between an engaged position and a disengaged position with/from a strike plate; a device (14) for controlling the at least one electric lock (8), and means for wireless communication with a portable identification unit. From the at least one emergency power supply (22), the device (14) electrically controls a movement of the bolt into the disengaged position if a main power supply (18) is faulty and the wireless communication means simultaneously receive an emergency opening signal (24). The invention also relates to a remote control and a method for emergency opening a damaged car.
