Procédé d'activation d'un service associé à un objet (10, 11) comprenant : ▪ Acquisition (REC_POS) d'une position (POS1) au moyen d'un système de géolocalisation d'un dispositif (1) rendu solidaire dudit objet (10, 11) ; ▪ Calcul d'un code d'activation (GEN_CA1) à partir de la position acquise (POS1), le code d'activation (CA1) comportant un nombre de symboles inférieur à nombre prédéfini (Nmax) ; ▪ Affichage du code d'activation (AFF_CA) au moyen d'un afficheur (2) du dispositif (1) ; ▪ Transmission du code d'activation (CA1) au moyen d'un terminal mobile électronique (T1) comportant une interface sans fil vers une entité distante (SERV1) ; ▪ Réception d'un code réponse (CR1) par le terminal mobile électronique (Ti), ledit code réponse (CR1) étant généré par l'entité distante (SERV1) ; ▪ Acquisition dudit code de réponse (CR1) au moyen d'une interface de saisie du dispositif (1) ; ▪ Décodage du code de réponse par un calculateur et une mémoire du dispositif (1) ; ▪ Génération d'une commande de déverrouillage d'un service associé à l'objet solidaire (10, 11) dudit dispositif (1).
A method for activating a service associated with an object includes acquiring a position by a geolocation system of a device rigidly attached to the object; calculating an activation code from the acquired position; displaying the activation code; transmitting the activation code by an electronic mobile terminal including a wireless interface to a remote entity; receiving a response code by the electronic mobile terminal, the response code being generated by the remote entity; acquiring the response code by an input interface of the device; decoding the response code by the device; generating a command for unlocking a service associated with the object rigidly attached to said device.
