DISPOSITIF MOBILE DE CHAUFFAGE D’UN RAIL DE VOIE FERRÉE PAR LAMPES ÉLECTRIQUES À RAYONNEMENT INFRAROUGE ET PROCÉDÉ DE CHAUFFAGE ASSOCIÉ
Un dispositif mobile de chauffage d’un rail (12) d’une voie ferrée (2) est composé d’un module de chauffage (34) comportant au moins une zone de chauffage (28) et au moins une source de chaleur rayonnante (46) orientée vers la zone de chauffage (28) et d’un véhicule de transport (16) du module de chauffage (34). Une unité de chauffage (36) du module de chauffage (34) comporte des lampes électriques à rayonnement infrarouge (42) aptes à émettre un rayonnement concentré dans l’infrarouge proche, équipées d’un réflecteur primaire (48) orienté pour réfléchir le rayonnement infrarouge émis par la source de rayonnement (46) vers la zone de chauffage (28). L’unité de chauffage (36) comporte également un réflecteur secondaire (50) présentant une surface réfléchissante concave entourant la zone de chauffage (28) et apte à renvoyer vers la zone de chauffage (28) des rayons réfléchis par le rail passant entre les lampes électriques à rayonnement infrarouge (42). A mobile device for heating a rail (12) of a railroad (2) is made up of a heating module (34) comprising at least one heating zone (28) and at least one radiating heat source (46) directed towards the heating zone (28), and of a transport vehicle (16) for transporting the heating module (34). A heating unit (36) of the heating module (34) comprises infrared-radiation electric lamps (42) able to emit radiation that is concentrated in the near-infrared, and which are equipped with a primary reflector (48) oriented in such a way as to reflect the infrared radiation emitted by the radiation source (46) towards the heating zone (28). The heating unit (36) also comprises a secondary reflector (50) having a concave reflective surface surrounding the heating zone (28) and able to return towards the heating zone (28) rays reflected by the rail and that pass between the infrared-radiation electric lamps (42).
