L’invention concerne un bloc coffrant isolant qui, par combinaison d’assemblage de plusieurs éléments, permet une mise en place aisée des cages d’armatures de la structure porteuse, une économie sur les quantités de béton à utiliser, tout en facilitant le passage des gaines électriques et/ou des réseaux d’alimentation d’eau encastrés. Le bloc, selon l’invention, est particulièrement destiné à la réalisation des murs extérieurs de maisons individuelles, d’immeubles d’habitations et de bureaux.
The invention mainly relates to a parallelepiped shaped and one-piece block (1) extending along a longitudinal axis (X), comprising four side walls (5, 20, 21) and two opposite upper (25) and lower (26) walls, respectively, which block (1) comprises at least one longitudinal groove (2) provided in one of the upper and lower walls (25, 26), and at least two grooves (3, 4), called first and second vertical grooves (3, 4), respectively arranged in one of the transverse side walls (20, 21) and in the opposite transverse side wall (20, 21) of said block (1), and which extend perpendicular to the two upper and lower walls (25, 26) over a height that is equal to the height (H1) of the block (1).
