L’invention se rapporte à un pieu (1) destiné à être enfoncé dans le sol pour servir de support à un objet, ledit pieu (1) possédant une forme conique se terminant en pointe (5). Selon l’invention, le pieu (1) comprend au moins deux ergots (4) ayant chacun une pente (12) destinée à favoriser un enfoncement du pieu (1) dans le sol et une butée (9) destinée à empêcher le retrait du pieu (1) dans un sens qui est opposé à celui dudit enfoncement, et en ce qu’il possède un orifice (18) destiné à recevoir un embout apte à supporter l’objet. The pile (1) has at least two lugs (4) each having a slope (12) intended to favour driving of the pile (1) into the ground and an abutment (9) intended to prevent the withdrawal of the pile (1) in a direction that is opposite to that of the driving in, and in that it has an orifice (18) intended to receive an end-piece adapted to support an object.
