The invention relates to a sintered ceramic part in the form of a pellet (6; 6.1, 6.2) intended to be implanted in a filtering facepiece respirator (1), the part having a total porosity of more than 40%. The invention also relates to a filtration cartridge integrating such a pellet and a corresponding filtering facepiece respirator.
