L’invention concerne un dispositif de maintien (1) en position entrebâillée d’un élément ouvrant par rapport à une partie fixe d’une caisse d’un véhicule automobile ; comprenant un premier élément (200) comprenant au moins un organe de liaison (220) et un deuxième élément (300) comprenant au moins un organe de retenue (320) comprenant au moins un corps élastiquement déformable (324), configuré pour coopérer avec une deuxième zone (224) de l’au moins un organe de liaison (220) de manière à s’opposer à l’ouverture de l’élément ouvrant ; Le dispositif de maintien (1) comprend au moins une paroi de protection (400) définissant un logement de réception (420) dans lequel est logé au moins partiellement l’au moins un corps élastiquement déformable (324). L’invention concerne également un véhicule muni d’au moins un dispositif de maintien (1) du type précédemment décrit. Figure 1
A device for holding an opening element in an ajar position relative to a fixed part of a body of a motor vehicle, the device including a first element having at least one connection member and a second element having at least one retention member having at least one elastically deformable body configured to cooperate with a second area of the at least one connection member so as to prevent the opening element from opening; the holding device comprises at least one protective wall defining a receiving recess in which the at least one elastically deformable body is at least partially housed. The invention also relates to a vehicle provided with at least one holding device of the type mentioned above.
