DISPOSITIF DE TRAITEMENT DE PATE CONTROLABLE POUR LE REMBLAYAGE DE LA ZONE D’EXTRACTION
L’invention concerne un dispositif de traitement de pâte contrôlable pour le remblayage d’une zone d’extraction. Le dispositif comprend des extrémités de sortie et d’entrée qui sont respectivement installées sur les côtés avant et arrière. Le milieu présente un bac de chargement avec une plaque inclinée de décharge intégrée dont l’extrémité inférieure est un orifice de déchargement. La partie inférieure est équipée d’une tige de mélange en spirale entourée d’un rotor de mélange. Le bas est équipé de quatre roues. L’extrémité d’entrée est connectée à de la pâte de remplissage et un matériau absorbant d’eau est placé dans le bac de chargement. La tige de mélange est démarrée pour mélanger la pâte avec le matériau absorbant. La pâte entre dans la zone d’extraction par l’extrémité de sortie après que sa viscosité soit ajustée. Le dispositif est déplacé jusqu’à ce que le remblayage de la zone d’extraction soit terminé. Figure à publier avec l’abrégé : Fig. 1
The invention relates to a paste filling device and particularly relates to a processing device of controllable paste for filling goaves. The processing device is characterized by specifically comprising nine parts which comprise an outlet end, a charging cover plate, an inlet end, a charging bin, a discharging inclined plate, a discharging opening, stirring rotor wings, a spiral stirring rod andwalking wheels, wherein the outlet end and the inlet end are mounted on the front side and the rear side of the device respectively; the charging bin is arranged in the middle of the device; the discharging inclined plate is arranged in the charging bin; the discharging opening is formed in the lower end of the inclined plate; the spiral stirring rod is mounted on the lower part of the device; thestirring rotor wings are arranged around the stirring rod; four walking wheels are mounted at the bottom end of the device; the inlet end is connected with filling paste; a water absorbing material is placed in the charging bin; the spiral stirring rod is started; the filling paste and the water absorbing material are mixed; the paste enters a goaf filling area through the outlet end after the concentration of the paste is adjusted; and a dragging device is capable of walking instantly after injecting until filling of the goaves is completed.
