Procédé de montage d’une structure pour porte-outils et d’une installation le comportant, structure et installation correspondantes. Procédé de montage d’une structure porte-outils (2) comportant les étapes suivantes :- sélectionner un ou plusieurs sets d’éléments de structure (5),- former une partie de structure (7), - former éventuellement d’autres parties de structure (7) et les assembler,- solidariser la ou les parties de structure (7) à ladite surface ou paroi, et/ou à des surfaces ou parois adjacentes. Procédé de montage et de mise en œuvre d’une installation (1) comportant les étapes suivantes :- montage par une personne seule d’une telle structure (2), - installation de porte-outils (3), - montage d’outil(s) (4), - branchement à des sources d’alimentation en énergie (80) et à des moyens de commande (9), - programmation et/ou commande d’actions à réaliser par l’outil (4) et/ou le porte-outils (3) et/ou le ou les trolleys (54). The invention relates to a method for transporting and assembling a tool holder structure (2), the method comprising: A) selecting one or more sets (6) of structural elements (5); each set (6) having a weight designed to enable a single person to lift and transport a set (6); B) transporting the set(s) (6) of structural elements (5); C) forming a structural part (7) by joining profiled elements (50) together and to end pieces (51, 55, 56) originating from the set(s) (6) which were selected and transported in steps A and B; D) on the structural part (7) formed, securing the ends of a toothed belt (53) to ends of the structural part (7), and mounting a trolley (54) on said structural part (7) by causing the toothed belt (53) to engage with the trolley (54), the toothed belt (53) and the trolley (54) originating from the set(s) (6) which were selected and transported in steps A and B; E) securing the structural part (7) at the legs (51) thereof by anchoring means. The invention also relates to a method for assembling and implementing an apparatus (1) comprising a structure (2) assembled by implementing this method. The invention also relates to an apparatus (1) obtained by this assembling and implementing method.
