The buried pit has a water storage device having two water storage tanks, each tank is communicated with the buried pit, a group of propulsion springs are fixed to the two water storage tanks, the two propulsion springs are fixedly provided with a pushing, an upper end of the charging pile is fixedly provided with a cover plate, a bottom of the charging pile is fixedly provided with a supporting plate, a lifting rod is fixed between a lower of the supporting plate and a lower of the buried pit, a water spraying device is arranged to two side walls of the buried pit.
