A Demountable terracing system
A demountable terracing system 1 comprises a profiled steel terrace 5 releasably connected to a steel frame substructure 3. The steel frame comprises uprights 7, inclined supports 9 and elongate L-shaped steps 13 mounted end-to-end on the inclined supports. The profiled steel terrace comprises overlapping Z-shaped panels 21. Each Z-shaped panel is mounted on an L-shaped step. A rubber coating is applied on an upper side of the panels and a rubber gasket is located between each of the Z-shaped panels and L-shaped steps. The steel frame may also be covered in a recycled rubber coating, which may be applied in situ. Rows of seats may be mounted on the panels by releasable fasteners. The trunk 23 of the Z-shaped panel may be inclined. The system may be used indoors or outdoors, and may be demountable or permanent.
