A fence panel comprising a plurality of horizontal louvered slats that are pivotally attached to the vertical wooden battens (fig 7) of a fence panel thereby allowing the slats to move when wind levels are high, allowing the wind to pass through the fence, and to return to a flat position when it is not windy. Preferably the slats have a bracket (fig 4) with a keyhole cut (fig 5), that is slotted onto a screw head of one of a plurality of screws that are attached to the upright batten frame (fig 7).
