The embedment plate system, for attaching fittings and supports to concrete structures, has a plate 2 with one or more holes 4 for the attachment of sleeves 6 which are connected to an anchor bolt 8. The holes may be threaded and the sleeves can have a corresponding external thread. The anchor bolts can be screwed into a bore in the sleeves, or the sleeves and bolts may be formed integrally. The sleeves may have a polygonal shape and sleeve caps can be removably inserted in an open end of the sleeves. The system may include a fitting support formed of a support plate having holes, wherein each hole is aligned with a hole of the embedment plate, and a support element extending from the support plate. The fitting support may include threaded fixing bolts that pass through the holes of the support plate and screw into the attachment sleeves.
