A thermally insulated panel 2 for a HVAC enclosure comprising an outer wall 22 and an inner wall 26. The inner wall is spaced from the outer wall, with the space between the inner and outer walls defining an insulation gap. Side walls 24, 28 interconnect the outer wall and inner wall. At least one of the side walls includes a thermally insulating element 16 arranged to form a thermal break between the outer and inner walls. Each of the side walls may include an insulating element arranged to form a thermal break. The inner and outer side wall sections may overlap in the width-wise direction and at least part of the insulating element may be located between the inner and outer side wall sections in the region of the overlap so as to insulate therebetween. Also claimed is a HVAC enclosure including a frame 4 and a plurality of panels.
