A duct or pipe cleaning tool for removing blockages from within a duct comprises a head 20 for engaging with a blockage. The head 20 comprises a first blockage engaging portion 21 and a second blockage engaging portion 22 rigidly coupled together via an arcuate portion 23, such that the first and second portions 21, 22 define an acute angle therebetween. The first blockage engaging portion 21 comprises a substantially linear portion and the second blockage engaging portion 22 comprises a proximal region 22a which diverges away from the first portion 21, and a distal region 22b which diverges away from the first portion 21 at a rate greater than the proximal portion 22a. The first, second and arcuate portions 21, 22, 23 preferably define a mouth 24 for receiving the blockage.
