A decking support system comprises a number of decking support elements 1, each comprising two engagement features, trough 190 and the open end of the element. A number of connection elements (700, Figure 4e) include a pair of connection features (750, 725 Figure 4e) and (740, Figure 4e) which are designed to co-operate with respective engagement features in the support elements. Also claimed are decking support elements with sides, base and top walls. Also claimed is a connection element with two engagement features. Also claimed is method of forming a support for a decking by connecting a number of elements and connecting members together into a two dimensional frame. Also claimed is a kit with connecting and support elements.
