Service vehicle and management system
A service vehicle 1 includes service equipment 2 for performing an operation, the vehicle including a positioning device 7/8 adapted to determine position information for navigating the service vehicle and/or the service equipment. The vehicle also comprises a monitoring device 9/13 is adapted to acquire position-dependent operational data of the performing of the service operation in dependence on the position information and a reporting device 9/14 for communicating operational data to a remote management server (16, fig 2). In a first mode the positioning device continuously provides position information to the monitoring means. In additional modes, location-dependent controlling devices and a navigation system may each be active or inactive. The monitoring device may acquire data via sensors provided upon the vehicle and/or the service equipment. The vehicle may specifically be a line-marking machine for applying markings to sports fields.
